The Process
Pennsylvania regions can engage Penn State in a strategic planning process to identify the best opportunities for innovation. The process consists of four parts:
- Partner—establish relationships with community leaders and stakeholders who provide regional leadership
- Find—assemble for strategic planning sessions designed to pinpoint competitive advantages in the region
- Select—agree on the region’s key competitive advantages and identify ways to leverage Penn State resources, in partnerships, to attract and develop talent and enhance innovation
- Engage—work together to advocate and implement projects that create a talent and innovation hub built upon the region’s assets
